As a licensed real estate agent, even outside of eXp, Shark Team will pay you a 20% pay day on either the buy side or the sell side for business deals above 500K, just for referring business buyers and sellers that close deals with the Shark Team.

Our referral base consists of a large network of transaction-experienced attorneys and accountants, financial planners, lenders who provide financing for business acquisitions, past satisfied clients and customers, realtors, and commercial real estate firms.

Example
Typically, when you refer a listing client to another real estate agent, you receive a commission of about 25% of the 2%- 3% fee. Therefore, on a $1,000,000 residential listing, you receive a referral fee between $5,000 – $7,500…which is good, but
As our partner, we pay out 20% for business listings above $500,000; therefore, on a $1,000,000 business listing, at closing you receive an agent pay day of $10,000.
**Note: Business Listings under 5mil are typically 10%: Which is 5% listing side, 5% buying side and we have a team working the listing.
